Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. High-volume seasons (e.g., holidays) may require an extra day.

We ship using UPS, Canada Post, Chit Chats, or local delivery partners, depending on your location.

BC & Alberta: 2–5 business days
Other provinces: 3–8 business days
Remote areas: 5–12 business days

Free shipping on orders over CAD $75 (Canada only)
Calculated at checkout for all other orders
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked "Delivered", we are unable to replace lost packages. Please contact the carrier directly if this occurs.
Local Pickup
Local pickup along selected Vancouver/Burnaby SkyTrain stations may be offered during pop-ups or special events. Please email us to arrange.
