At Sniff & Frolic, we want every pet and pet parent to be happy with their purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
Toys, treats, and consumables must be unopened for hygiene reasons
Clearance or final-sale items are non-returnable

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, colour, or product, please contact us at woff@sniffnfrolic.com. We will arrange an exchange depending on stock availability.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
